We visited Spain together in 2004 with a view to acquiring a property that we could use as a holiday home/rental income. We visited by chance the beautiful area of Axarquia, Andalucia and purchased a property for this purpose. However, each visit, to inspect the build, persuaded us more that we could be very happy actually living here! We are surrouned by stunning mountain scenery and lakes - 20 minutes from the Mediterrean and if we want to ski, only 11/2 hrs from the Sierra Nevada and the city of Granada. Our business has grown on the back of our knowledge of property rentals and management in the UK. Our reputation has also flourished with both Uk and Spanish clients, and our associates speak many languages, enabling us to deal with most European countries.
