  • Balance to be paid 1 Month prior to arrival
  • Electricity consumption, meter is read on arrival and departure, you have 35 euros per week consumption included in price, if you go over this amount, it is charged extra @ 0.20 cent per unit.
  • Please apply for prices for Easter.

 

  • A 300€ damage deposit is required 1 month prior to booking and refunded after the villa has been checked for damage etc.
